With a few late call-offs through injury, a field of 60 took part in fine, sunny conditions which were reflected in the overall scoring on the day.

The Pro-Am was a closely fought affair with Darren Arber and Sam Le Gros Clark of Halifax West End just beating Fergus Barron and Ben Kaye of Bradley Park on a back nine count back, both having scored 42 points. Congratulations to Darren and Sam.

The Am-Am was a high-scoring affair with only eight of the twenty-five teams competing scoring less than forty points. The eventual winners were Vinnie Lee and Tim Copley from Ryburn with 46 points, followed in second place by Andy Lawton and Dewhirst from Crosland Heath and Halifax West End with 45 points , then in third place with 44 points were Andy Oldfield and Steve Kelly from Bradley Park. 

The course was in excellent condition and the hospitality in the clubhouse was fantastic as usual, both a real credit to the whole team at Crosland Heath to whom we owe our thanks yet again.
